About Sydney Wildflower Images

Bruce is a photographer who lives in the southern suburbs of Sydney, Australia.

His passion for wildflower photography comes from an innate love of bushwalking, exploration, photography and a fascination with small structures and detail. He and his partner Jean, spend a considerable part of each week searching for wildflower photo-opportunities, mostly in southern Sydney-region National Parks.

Many thanks to orchophiles Margaret Bradhurst, Suzanne Lollback, Helen Drewe, Ken Durie & Jan Mohandas who have generously shared information on orchid identification and plant locations. Also a big thank-you to the late Tony (Pterostylis) Rogers who continues to be an orchid photographic inspiration.
